Like another person wrote on here, I said no to the insurance on the website, the person was friendly enough and accepted no thanks, but I didn t consent to my number being used in that way, only for delivery info (i.e. time slot) to be given. Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk. These lowlifes keep harassing my 86-year-old mum - who is registered with the TPS by the way. I ve already blocked them twice, but they just pop up on a new number. They ve probably done the math - any leads they may get probably offset the fine, so they just carry on. Perhaps their director needs a personal visit from a tradesperson with some tools.
