Just had a stupid young boy breathing heavily down the phone and then he asked if I was the home owner. Then he said "wrong number" and put the phone down.

I am receiving calls from this number every single work day, sometimes in the early evening and more than once a day. The first one was an obvious sales call and now I leave the answer phone on. When I answer, it rings another number so I cut it off before that one was answered. I can only imagine this works as a reverse charge call because effectively you end up calling them. I have been called once a day for the past week by this number. Guess it is an advertising call centre or something. But will probably never find out because I cut them off.

Allegedly a company who had my details because I’d shown interest in trading!!! Total lies .....never done anything like that. The woman was getting irate because I repeatedly said I wasn’t interested. In the end I told her I was ending the call. I hate being rude to these people but sometimes you just want to tell them to eff off and leave you alone. They are persistent and I feel dangerous to certain members of the public who are vulnerable and taken in by their rubbish.
