They should know whose account the transactions were on Second warning sign - As far as I'm aware Visa don't contact people direct, your card issuer will contact you. The call is for someone else, they obviously have the wrong number. They rattle off a reference number that if you haven t a pen in your hand you are stuck.

09 Dec 2021 - Has called 3 days in a row, not sure if its robotic or a person but after I say hello there is silence and they put the phone down. I suspect they are testing numbers to see who answers then possibly sell this data on to other spam callers. Don't bother answering, block number if you can. Reply

Informing me I d had a car accident. I do not drive. Advised them I have never had a car accident. Unsurprisingly they immediately put the phone down when I informed them I work with RTA claims in a legitimate law firm. Called herself Amanda Smith. Do not be duped, it is illegal for law firms to approach potential clients in this way. Any company that does is not reputable.

As a person who works in the It industry I can tell you that these people are not qualified to be "Microsoft certified technicians. They lack the knowledge and expertise. They are extremely persistent about these" hackers" and "viruses" when most of them probably don t exist in the first place. As the other guy said, play around with them. It s fun!
