Although I have bought from Amazon, I do NOT have an Amazon Prime account. 2. This number, on the EE network, cost up to 13p a minute (plus set up fee) from a landline and up to 55p from a mobile. Called seemingly to confirm delivery details and then discussed the extended warranty as though it was free and asked me to confirm bank details. I was uncomfortable doing so over the phone so he provided lots more info about me but I then said I d prefer to at least discuss with my partner before signing up: cue the hard sell! I maintained I will discuss it and can can call back only for him to get exasperated and put the phone down on me. Quite rude!
