Just got ANOTHER call from 01412020404. (Boiler replacement scheme) Followed instructions to speak to someone there to ask them to remove my name from their list, as I am registered with the Telephone Preference scheme. I was a little bored so gave them a fictitious name, a real address, loads of BS about Credit Cards I got; even telling him I d had refunds and my 8% interest too, but he insisted I was still entitled to more. Told me it was no win, no fee but if they did get anything then they got 30% plus VAT; that s 1/3 of the claim. So he took all my details and then passed me through to a colleague who then went through all the same questions again to confirm the details and that I was to sign the forms
