I ve received about 8 calls from this number in the last week. When I answer, I can hear what sounds like Call Centre noise, but no person talking to me. After a few seconds they hang up. Not worried or frightened, just a bit miffed that they won t have a conversation with me. We re not really allowed to speak with other adults on my high security wing and by constantly calling me, there s a risk that my handset will be discovered. Very persistent. Claiming to be from vodafone but had no knowledge of current contract. Lady refused to give her full name. When I challenged about it being a scam she quickly changed from being persistent to wanting to get off the phone. I would not trust this number

Well, they phoned earlier and a recorded message informed me, that it was my banks security department, which it obviously wasn't, the number trace showed a call the Russian Federation, RED FLAG. She said, Somebody has accesed your account and made a £600 purchase fron Amazon and a £2,000 transfer to an international account, RED FLAG I politely told her to stop trying t scam people and she immediately hang up, basically, our phone providers should block these calls, as we are paying to receive them!

SCAM - OFCOM Internet Conection Called pretending to be OFCOM with a convincing sounding recorded message from a very nice lady that my internet connection had been hacked and would terminate in 24hrs. Then requested I press "1" to resolve the situation. Absolute scam - the number is local to Solihull and is unobtainable if dialled. Delete and block immediately !!!
