Pretending to be from BT - trying to scam
At first I got quite scared when I started getting these calls. I have read a lot about telephone scams where they want to extract your financial data (Net banking PIN, Credit card details etc.) in the name of survey. For this reason I started declining calls from this number. Searching for the owner of this number on the web, I found out that this number belongs to a legitimate lead generation and lifestyle survey company named Simply Outbound. They keep calling but as I don t recognise the number I do not answer and they don t leave a message. I have now blocked the number.

I got a message from this number claiming it comes from Orange but there is still something dodgy about it. The message informed me about free phone funds. I really have a feeling it is scam !
I get at least 5 calls from them every day. They are really stubborn and they want to know every sell-able information about you. I have requested to them about 10 times that I am not interested, please opt me out, but they just don t give a damn about my privacy or respect my decision of not giving out the information I am not comfortable in giving!
