SCAM / SPAM They claimed to be looking into some fraudulent activity attached to my insurance number. When I asked if they could provide me with my insurance number, they hung up. They had a long spiel about how my insurance number had been used to hire a boat (!?) and found blood and cocaine on this boat later or something like that. Big accusations, clearly nothing to back it up.

SCAM identified themselves as north star insurance claim that my elderly client has an insurance policy with them, which he had according to person on phone but was still die a final payment of £400. Not true I spoke to her son who looks after her money etc. I did an internet search of the name the gave but nothing came up. My client was very upset. They called back again a day later after my clients son had blocked they number, the got through by withholding their number and harassed my clients son for m
This number has called me 4 times during the day today at 2 hour (and less) intervals. The same happened yesterday. I answered the first call and it appeared to be about loans. I haven t answered their subsequent calls which has done nothing to lessen, or maybe just intensified their aggressive calling policy. There s nothing reputable about a company that acts in this way.

This number shows as International and 01274792012... Said it was a quick survey, I asked where they got my details from and they said public source. They knew my name, address, postcode and phone number. Fairly obvious that they are identifying opportunities for onward selling. I think the only reason I have a home phone these days is for junk/spam calls. Another one for the block list.
This is a text informing you that you can buy your photos for cheap, a persistent message sent long after the company collapsed into bankruptcy last year. One of the owners, Julian, has taken on the entire stock of photos and is trying to wring a dying dollar out of the industry with badly taken photos and insistent message. How the mighty have fallen. These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". Recorded call saying HMRC had a tax fraud case in my name. nEnded call immediately. Suspected scam.
When voicemail kicked in the caller immediately hung up.
Found out it s a timeshare cold call based in Tenerife. What they actually do is speak as if they are talking to someone else saying I can t hear anyone on the other end of the line, eventually put the phone down and wait for the person to call them back, obviously at their own cost. So be warned and beware.
