Called to say I had been in an accident and they had received my file. Funny I ve never been in a car accident!! They hung up on me in the end as I was asking too many questions.

Supposedly from BT to tell me that my phone line and broadband would be terminated unless I press button 1 or 2, obviously I didn t do either

This number called me 6 times on Monday alone

Said I have your file and used my first name. About the accident you had. Sorry over 30 years no claims don`t think so. Frightening being called by first name and its a scam. Threated them with a bigger accident and they hung up.
