I have told them I am in dispute with the company which has employed them but they keep calling and saying they want to talk to me. I wrote to them and told them that I do not accept calls as everything must be in writing. They do not stop despite the industry rules.

The people on the other end of this phone have confirmed by letter they are delivering me a phone on 23rd August 2012 and that my current phone will be switched off on 26th. They left a message on my machine, saying they were calling for "Stephen Michaels & Associates", as far as I could understand and that I should return the call if this was Mr. "X". I wasn t, so I just deleted the message. Haven t heard from them since.
