My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. Someone telling me my national insurance number was used in a scam and to press one to speak to an officer otherwise I will be arrested and my assets confiscated.
Silent missed call while I was in, did not identify to call guardian or leave a message, suspected telemarketer / scammer, blocked.
I suffer from amnesia due to an accident I had in the last two years. The person that called me brought the horrendous memories back. My wailing due to the months I lost in hospital were too much and they hung up. I need the compensation to get some of my life back... wished they d return my calls.
