SCAM A fraud rental scam: caller name is Hellen and she claims to be owner of a rental property in Southampton. Be aware, avoid her completely.
Woman with indian accent called - rapid talking - could not understand her - seemed to be a cold sales call.
A gentleman called repeatedly asking for the owner to approve grant money despite non consent to receive the call in the first place. Very rude on the phone.

I was invited to chose options for further information, which I have not done. As my bills are paid in advance and are up to date I have ignored this. I believe this to be malicious SPAM.
