HOWEVER the name NewDay Ltd and other versions of the name are being fraudulently used by criminal parties to obtain money for non-existent depts. To which the caller became very irate and asked for further info, I put the phone down and actually phoned Barclays customer service who confirmed this number does not belong to any barclaycard department!
