I did buy an engine back in 2013 from enginestoyou who did deliver an engine but it was the wrong one. After i informed them they came and collected it but failed to refund me or send me a replacement engine. I chased them through email and phone but they would simply ignore everything. As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.
Called themselves Low Cost Home Improvements. They have previously phoned using other numbers and other trading names. Selling home improvements apparently. I instructed them, as I have on all previous occasions, to delete my illegally held contact details. They said they would, but based on past experience they won't.

They ring me every day and always when I am trying to get my little one down to nap. Four days ago was the first call I picked up the phone the person asked who I was and replyed with "not who your looking for as I don t know this number, who are you?" and they hung up.
