These guys tricked my 89 year old mother with dementia into buying their "services" on 12 August 2016. I only found out when they called again six days later and spoke to me by mistake. An Indian-sounding "customer service executive" calling himself Patrick refused to cancel the contract or to recognise the statutory cooling-off period. This number has rung my home phone number twice in 5 minutes (which is ex directory & on the TPS!) My daughter answered the phone & the woman was insistant Id been in a Road traffic accident, she didnt say she was from a claim company . It s Origin Publishing trying to sell you magazine subscriptions. When they ring you they only let the ringer go a couple of times before hanging up, they do it on purpose because they want you to call them back on their premium rate number.

After asking politely around 5 times for them to remove me from there database I finally blocked the call from my mobile but now my phone still keeps beeping telling me that its just blocked the call so they will not stop, sometimes over 10 times per day, trading standards have been informed and if I am able to find out the companies details I will take them to court as I can prove via my call record harassment! So I personally hope they keep calling as it only adds weight to a lawsuit!!!!!!!!
