SCAM / SPAM - fraudulent attempt to obtain urgent corporate payment claiming that an invoice had not been paid.
I received a call from Chase Alexander from telephone number 07509701173. The guy had a Liverpool accent and stated I had had a road traffic road which is incorrect. They rang me a couple of times today. I could also hear laughing in the background, not professional and a very bad line. It s clearly a scam.

I had a call from these people again today asking for my father. I politely told him that he was not here and I got "whys that" very appropriate I think not. They called my grandmother regarding a PPI claim, telling her in order to claim she would need to put £400 on a travel card (this was their agency 'commission' apparently), and they would come to her home (beware, they already knew her address) to exchange the travel card for her "PPI compensation cheque". Thankfully we've taught her well and she called me first to ask if I thought it was a scam.

He said his name David and calling from First Direct and ringing about the injuries I received in the accident I had last year . . cut him short to ask him for his mothers phone number, he ask why. Told him so I could get my son to ring her up and tell her what a con merchant her son is. TOTAL SILENCE . . when to tried to speak again cut him off. Now blocked.

This number called me today saying they were from Amazon when I thought it was a scam call I hung up and blocked it, it then rang twice more from different numbers which I also blocked, it hasn't called since so I now know it was a scam call so beware.
