Woman phoned me and put me straight through to colleague after saying hello not even telling me who they was. Claimed to be calling from BT about my internet - even though BT is not my internet provider, she claimed BT provided the infrastructure (but did not mention openreach). Claimed my computer was creating security alerts every time I logged on but she cut the call as soon as I asked what my IP address was. Clearly fraudulent

Fraud , indian female , claiming she was from virgin media, asking if i was aware my broadband would be cut off in a couple of hours as there had been a lot of illegal activity from my account. she hung up after i pushed her to give me information about my account. i am not sure whether it was passwords or payments she was after but she got nada from me and hung up.
