Then I realised after having put the phone down that there is no way to check that I was actually speaking to a member of staff of the NHS. Too late! Received call form this number and called back to see who it was. Apparently it is the company that handles upgrades on behalf of T-Mobile. They had called me in error as I am with O2. No problems when I informed them of this.
