kep getting nuisance calls from these

Keeps ringing at in middle of night

Sent text message to my mobile claiming to be from BT - then asked name and BT number. I refused further information on the grounds that BT already have my address and was given some unbelievable story about my mobile number having come up in some other context. Two hours later, the same message arrived on my wife s mobile. Clearly some sort of scam but I do not know what.

Call with an offer of payment protection insurance. Very dodgy. Never give your credit card details to a caller! No idea where they took my number, anyway.

Said internet was compromised and to go on computer otherwise interet would be switched off ..I said "go ahead" and the caller.."Christine"...
