I have been having problems with it but I’m aware of phony callers pretending to be providers - BT not any of the other providers would call you out of the blue so they hung up on me lol - thought you were supposed to be helping me with an issue? SCAM!!!

Forever calling my 11yo sons mobile, this being a new mobile contract. Clearly cold calling and continue to harrass us, idiots! From now on I answer, appearing to be my local Police Authority. I ve done this with others and they promptly hangup and I never receive a call from them again. As for the TPS, complete waste of time. Its about time the TPS in this country gained real power like the US, over there if a company calls after being told not, they have to pay a fixed penalty to the homeowner. THIS IS A SCAM CALLER. Says he is from BT Openreach but the phone number is Horizon Blinds in Elgin. When I questioned him he used the word federal whicj of course is not used in the UK. Beware of people phoming from this number. I told him he should be ashamed of himself and hung up.
These calls use spoofed numbers and originate outside the UK. Just block the number if you have the facility. TPS is useless against these calls.
