Had him going round in circles for 20 minutes before telling him my pc wasnt switched on. AS with other comments caller wanted to speak to our MD about a urgent financial matter that couldn t be discussed with anyone else. Tasha at CFS business recovery. An obvious giveaway for these types of calls is to ask them to spell the company name phonetically. If they use other words that are not the standard phonetic alphabet then they haven t received the training a proper company would give. CFS was spelt out Charlie, Freddie, Sugar by the caller not Charlie, Foxtrot, Sierra.
