Fraud - recorded message which claimed to be a call from the National Crime Agency who were concerned about “ activity on” my account. Unlikely NCA will call from a mobile number with a recorded message !!

SCAM Said they were BT, and our line was about to be cut off. So, not neutral folks, it's a scam. They can cut our BT landline if they want. We're in Hull on Kingston Telecom, so no BT landlines here. Their office location is said to be in London, on or close to Trafalgar Sq. ... so very close, the Met could pick them up. But somehow doubt that will happen.

Called me on my mobile and I didn t answer as didn t recognise the number. Looked it up here and saw it might be an Amex number. Called the legit number on the back of my card and they said no, it wasn t them, and they hadn t called me. Beware!

I was called today at 2.46pm by this number. Nobody spoke to me at first but I could hear an asian(?) conversation in the background.I should have hung up but didn t.i said hello and a male said go f*** yourself you f*****g b****[email protected] . either poor quality sales or a scam, wanted to come and do a survey for loft insulation but didn't answer my questions and hung up on me when I asked what their 'replacement' insulation was - told me fibre loft insulation needed replacing which is nonsense.
