Then starts to asks questions about the lights on router, who uses internet, even knew home address, at that point I hung up. Scam, they pose as it's saying you owe them and try to get your banking info
Some oriental male purporting to be calling from o2 - "Hello, this is Adam, I'm calling from o2, how are you today?" I did not respond so there was a long pause, so I ask if he was going to continue, he put the phone down. I recently changed from o2. I've seen this with others, it would seem either o2 are selling our information to others, or potentially has staff exploiting their systems and our personal data.
