Why doesn t anyone do something about these calls? They really do annoy a lot of people and I am sure someone somewhere can stop these scammers. Why should we allow this to happen with the technology we have today? They are out to commit fraud and they should be stopped. It was an e-commerce website phoning me back after a few days.
Very suspicious callers. Claiming to be a Pensions firm asking for personal details including even your Nat Ins number which I did not divulge to them. Their response was to say "we cannot proceed any further without this". They do have English accents. My suspicions are confirmed when I try to call back on this number - phone just goes dead. If these people are not scammers - they do a very good impression of scammers.

Phoned to tell me my washing machine warranty has expired and they're sending me the new paperwork by Royal Mail. Read out to me my name and address and when I confirmed these was going to pass me to her "supervisor" to complete a form. Asked her to tell me what brand of washing machine I've actually got. Unsurprisingly she hung up. Don't know what the scam was going to be but clearly there is one
Fraud, The number sent a text message saying a voice mail is received and call back to listen. However, this kind of voice mail notification should be sent by EE but not he number itself. Called back but hung up immediately the moment I realised this. Definitely some scam or fishing.
