My husband has unfortunately been duped by this company - Clearview partnership. It is my BB provider and they ask me 2 charaters out of the security question I set up with them and my surname for data protection before discussing my account. I must say the person I spoke to was friendly and actually gave me a discount on my current deal, did not try n sell me more stuff which was good.

I took this call for my employer his lordship, the caller did not leave their details so did not pass on the callers request they asked whom I was told them I was his Lordships butler and the caller just kept saying the same word over sounded like oh or why could not make out the callers voice I was told to just hang up to which I did, I would advise anyone to do the same action.

Sent text message to my mobile claiming to be from BT - then asked name and BT number. I refused further information on the grounds that BT already have my address and was given some unbelievable story about my mobile number having come up in some other context. Two hours later, the same message arrived on my wife s mobile. Clearly some sort of scam but I do not know what.
