Female asking if I d had an all inclusive holiday in the past 2 years. When I told her I hadn t she rang off. Presumably this will be some sort of survey if you say you have had an all inclusive holiday.

Had a call from 07894865338 from someone asking for me by name and claiming to be from the Citizens Advice. I thought he was saying he had been contacted because I had reported a dead person, I asked him to repeat it, which he did. His accent was very thick and from seeing this site I think he was trying to say I had reported a debt problem !!! He hung anyway...

Number rang but hung up about two seconds after I answered. Another one for the blocked list on my phone.

Scam. Some distant partner with EE. With trick you into a new contract which EE can t cancel. Avoid and block.

Answered the call and it was a civil servant helping me with my benefit payments. Perhaps others would rather not hear from the DWP(!) but if you re expecting a call as I was then it s probably best to accept it.

Said he was from National Accident UK about an accident I d allegedly had last September. This is the second call I ve had. When I asked him for the registered address he ignored me. When I asked again he hung up.

More calls today from numerous unknown numbers. Added this one to my blocked list. Extremely annoying!

Rings often, sometimes several times a day saying he is my account manager and can I get back to him,I have never registered with them!

Said my washing machine cover has expired, when I asked what the make was he just guessed one which was wrong. Was after my bank details. SCAMMER. I don t have breakdown cover anyway.

These people have called me several times in the past few days and I picked up was saying hello for a couple of minutes before they asked for me by my surname (how they got this I want to know) and then proceeded to tell me they were wanting to ask me a survey on my home insurance. when I told them I do not own a home I live with my mum (im 23 years old) and therefor do not have home insurance the guy was like oh oh ok. I keep getting calls from this number which I never answer. I think that if you answer or reply to calls from these people they will know that the number is live, and not only will they keep hassling you, but they will also sell your number to other rogue companies.

Blocked because an obvious auto-scam pretending to be from MasterCard.

The caller sounded unprofessional and it was clear they were having a joke and banter as I could a lot of laughing in the background. They asked for the wrong surname so wouldn t surprise me that the caller was not concentrating.

I texted back to say they d got a wrong number but apparently their number doesn t recieve text messages, although it does seem to be able to send them! This number called me today and then hung up as soon as I answered! Cabot - I have had any dealings with you so please check who you are messaging and calling in future!

I was cold called and told that as I was under 65 and drawing a deferred company pension I was entitled to a £1,000 pound payment. I asked who this was calling and all they would say was The helpline . I told them that I was registered with Telephone Preferences and that I should not receive such calls. I further told them to remove my name from their database.
