Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing - sometimes energy companies. Did someone answer any number of this range? Is there any reason why companies use line with shared costs for just ringing you and left no message (other than scam...)? If this was a silent call for you, do not call back for any reason! It is the number WhatsApp uses for certification and it is also useful if you need to reinstall the app or change phone. It happens that someone try with a random number to install a second copy of the app on another device.
