Tax office scam, claims warrant out for my arrest

This call was made from near Trafalgar Square London.Said my washing machine insurance for Beko washing machine had run out.And wanted me to renew it. Don t have a Beko washing machine.

Put the phone down after I answered.

This number rang and left no message. I didn't recongnise it

Caller identified himself as energy savings company in Great Yarmouth, and asked if I was home owner. I told him I d had a call from them a week ago and had said I wasn t interested in solar panels. He then tried to interest me in energy savings from govt scheme for new efficient boilers. Repeatedly offered me a free evaluation which I declined, then he hung up (politely) when he saw he wasn t persuading me.

Told them they were breaking the law as I was signed up with TPS. Call reminated

This is one of many numbers on a scam/spam rampage. Ive tracked the number to a street in liverpool, but i m not sure if they are using a proxy or not. I have a name of the operator and told them to take my number off ALL the numbers databases....Short to say I have been phoned a few days later, from the same office or complex. Definitely a scam. BT, Openreach, TalkTalk, Virgin etc., will never call you about a technical issue unless you contact them.

Repeated calls to my mobile which have been left unanswered and show as missed call . On the one occasion it was answered, I was offered a free electical assessment which I declined and asked that I would be taken off their call list

Two calls now, both on behalf of the Blue Cross animal centre. Usual long winded guff about what a great person I was for previous support. If it weren t so nauseating they might do better. Claimed to be local (Cambridge), so not very honest generally.

Solicitor, it cut off after 15 seconds and I cant get it to ring back.
