Got a call from this number, the person added me on skype asking to place an ad on gumtree for them. Very pushy and harassing, went through with it as far as I could just for fun. Calling 3 times in the morning, claiming to be Halifax. wanting personal details,Had an Asian woman, and an Asian male speaking, do not give details, been verified by Halifax as a fraudulent caller, and advised to contact phone service provider to block calls.

They keep calling me but don t answer as I don t know he number by they ring me at least 5 times a day, harassment!

They called and said it was a confidential matter and wanted my details so I asked for the companies name but refused to give it as this would prejudice the situation so I advise that their is no provision within the DPA 1988 which states that they are not allowed to disclosed their details prior to me disclosing mine.

They wanted me to opt out, but I never opt into. I m really frustrated about such calls because I m with tps.
