I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. The chap on the other end rambled on about insurance and said he was from a company called Red Star. When I asked who Red Star were he got quite abrupt/aggressive. At first, it seemed there was someone telling me my loft wasn't properly insulated and trying to sell loft insulation. When I asked a question and he didn't respond, I realised it was a recording. Just another nuisance caller. I notice I would be charged 9p/min if I called them back.
