These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... Initially made out they were calling on behalf of Vodafone about an early upgrade on my phone but when I asked again if they were Vodafone and I was told they were Future Comms who work alongside Vodafone and the other major networks. I told them no thanks, and ended the call. (Now blocked.) She was very polite though and not pushy.
