When questioned how he had seen my details and what details and where he was based he said it was citizens advice in Manchester . I live in Somerset , I said goodbye and hung up. A scouse accented woman called, laughing asking for 'Mr Lee' no one by that name here, so i said they had the wrong number, she laughed again.
Phoned my mobile. I phoned them back. Call came from a company called Fast Claim. Foreiegn sounding gentleman answered and said they d phoned re an accident I had. I asked them how could they know I had had an accident when they didn t even know who was calling them at this moment (hadn t given my name!). They hung up on me! Phoned back spoke to another foreign sounding gentleman. I asked for manager and told manager off today (convenient). Asked them to remove my number from their calling list. Blocked cal

Call came approx. 3 hours after one from 01247 896583 which research suggested SCAM was from people purporting to be from BT.01495 No was a pattern so I picked up and blew my trusted whistle down the phone. Magic! They won t ring again.
