Caller identified himself as energy savings company in Great Yarmouth, and asked if I was home owner. I told him I d had a call from them a week ago and had said I wasn t interested in solar panels. He then tried to interest me in energy savings from govt scheme for new efficient boilers. Repeatedly offered me a free evaluation which I declined, then he hung up (politely) when he saw he wasn t persuading me.

SCAM Purporting to be a bank card fraud department. The guy had an Indian accent... and I do not use the bank that was mentioned, so I put the phone down. The ONLY fraud was the caller. No doubt they would have been asking for all sorts of things - DO NOT give them any information whatsoever.

Claimed to be from reputable finance institution with loud dance music playing in the background, wanted to make sure I got back money I had invested, some nonsense about block-chain, called him out as a fraud and he said the music was because it was Friday afternoon! Utter BS! He started talking nonsense and generally being cheeky so I asked him to remove my number from his database, advised he would, asked if the music was loud enough for me etc, told him call wasn't costing me anything, he hung up, CLOWN

Scam call from HMRC. Caller message is in an American accent and when you call back its an offshore rather than UK dial tone and they answer as HMRC - clearly a scam of some sort and not a very convincing one. Caller blocked but beware!!!

Unsolicited call from 02031265384 02092021. Possible scammers or criminal organisation based in India. Do not pick up as it will be to steal ur bank details! Location says Trafalgar Square London but possible rerouted there from Indian scam call centres. Each time I order from Amazon I have scammers try to steal my cash! Strange - got a call from this number which I answered. It was silent at first then after a few seconds I could hear background noise then it cut off. Called back from a separate withheld number and just get a message that says Thank you. Press 1 to remove your number then hangs up, so none the wiser as to who it is or why they called.
