Enjoyed stringing him along, the man from First Response / MIB (Motor Insurance Bureau) I asked if he meant the Men In Black, as he was calling to see if my RTA had been sorted out, I asked which one he was referring to as I said I have had few LOL, he couldn t give the information he was referring to but said in the last 2.5 years. I said yes I have had a few - he then hung up - shame. In the words of Homer Simpson wasted my time and his - not quite sure what he was trying to get

very dodgy! I have had several missed calls so when I answered a guy with a northern accent asked for myself (although had my maiden name and I have been married for 6years!) then he said he was calling regarding my insurance up for renewal and asked if that was correct... there was something very dodgy about this guy though as he kept repeating himself and was also laughing!!! I just apologised and said I was at work and cut him off. I have since blocked the number!

Just received a call from these people claiming to be providing access to some sort of discount club and that they would send a welcome pack in the post. Just had a call from 01952 241140 - when I answered they took a few seconds to respond, suggesting a call centre. Claimed to be from Microsoft and wanted me to confirm I was the owner of this computer (I was on the phone not the computer but hey...) I confirmed it and then he asked the same question again but used my name. I confirmed it again and he hung up! Not sure what it was about but very wary.
