Cold caller claiming I was scrapping my vehicle and wanted to arrange collection. Hadn't got any details and wanted mine. Hung up.
SCAM supposed call from Microsoft, when questioned they said they were from Reading (this is a Cambridge number) they then Became very aggressive when I suggested this was a scam beware

Scam text from HSBC saying someone had tried to set up a new payer on my account and to click on a link in the text to get it fixed. Checked in my actual bank account and this didn’t happen. Sent a text to the phone number (!) and THEY blocked me!
This number calls but does not speak. Then when you end the call, they call again but withhold the number.
Silent call. No one there when I answered. Had several of these calls lately.

Rang at 6.30pm - I didn t recognise number so let ansafone take it - they didn t leave a message. I checked on this site to see who they were, so when the same number rang again at 7.20pm I answered (to wind them up!).
