Scam very abusive rang our coffee shop saying they are from the complaints department, and that they are going to cut our gas and electric off, when told no, he got very abusive shouting and ranting saying you are stupid woman, we said yes we know and he continued rantibg at us, after putting phone down and telling him where to go, he rang back and started again, we just put phone down so he was wasting his time

The caller had an extremely strong Asian/Indian accent and told me his name was Paul Simon (yeah, right!) calling from Norfolk County Council about a recent accident I d had. I was called today by this company and found out who they were (on here). I promptly phoned their 0845 number and requested that they remove me from their database. I explained that I had caller preference and threatened to report them to Ofcom. The interesting thing is that they asked me if I knew a certain person (who they mentioned by name).
