I made all the info up.. and passed the apparent acount security check!! What a joke. Marketing preferences are all unchecked so they shouldn t even be calling. Yes this is an apparent service call from TalkTalk however, they did also try to sell additional services. Time to make an official complaint.

He asked for my personal details and details of the accident. I refused to give my DOB and he said I should get receive an email.
