Claimed to be from Carfone Warehouse, poor English spoken and when challenged as to why they were asking what mobile phone I had, they said, "Oh God ..." and hung up. ...

They have called twice left message once and sent me two emails concerning a debt for plusnet. I contacted plusnet who confirmed no outstanding debt and that this was a scam.

SCAM Very rude gentleman claiming to be from BT and asking me to access a website because of a (non-existent) change to my Internet connection. Became aggressive and clueless when I asked him to prove his identity, before giving up easily. Come on, guys, you're not even *trying* to be convincing any more! Amateur.

Woman rang said she was from BT and someone was trying to access my account. She wanted me to tap on the microsoft key but I refused saying I thought she may be trying to get re...

Very aggressive so asked them to Hold while I get a pen. Dragged this out for them for 4 mins - lol - at least i wasted their time! Score to the consumer!

They keep calling daily and putting the phone down on the times that I do answer (sometimes it s a missed call so shows they keep trying). I have blocked the number today.

An Energy company - didn t catch the name and to top it all, please don t ask how my day is going.. Was shopping at the time, call ended.

It seems its a scam as they called me as a car insurance company asking my bank card details for payming without sending me an email or post for the contract details!

Missed call to my mobile, presumably asking for Stephen Griffiths (again) but from a different number. Call centre noise in background caller doesn t speak then hangs up. i dialled 1471 and called them back to be told (without even asking who I was!) that their colleague had been trying to get hold of me . Then put in hold. I just hung up

Called 1st time left a message with a reference and phone number, number was dead, called the 0845 number and it doesn t receive calls ... next day she called me back and said we spoke last year and she missed my renewal date for energy by a day and hoped this year she hadn t missed it.... 100% lies, I work from home ... complete bull, she was also rude
