Had a phone call from them and they seemed to know some of my personal details (well, as far as my phone number, name and 1st line of my address). I asked them who they were and got the response AAC and nothing more than that. The guy was very evasive and when I asked what the call was regarding was just told it was "sensitive information". I told him he had the wrong number and I hung up. I was involved in a car accident about a year ago so they may well have been ringing about that.

Rang 1471 to identify number after call cut off once answered. Then rang number prefixed by 141 and somebody in India answered and, when questioned, indicated that they were marketers. Clearly the number is a ghost number for call display purposes wrongly showing to be an internal UK call

Got a call at 3:45pm from this number today after looking there phone number up on google they are PPI Scammers and they are using different phone numbers including this phone number 01633473396 linked to the same scammers so please beware of these criminals. Answered the mobile, as was expecting a call from a friend on a new number. Got an automated male voice, telling me it was from the national crime agency…..that was enough for me. Called three days in a row. Asked for company director by name, who happened to be the person who d answered the call. Then asked if the company has any dept with HMRC and about cash flow. Director stated that cash flow was fine and politely ended the call. Felt untrustworthy. Possibly looking to offer loans etc.
Same as previous entry probably a few minutes after his/her call. The caller said she knew I d had an accident , reported the number to the Crimestoppers website, for whatever good it ll do.
