A Google search suggests that the number, if genuine, belongs to a company called Motorsafe.

SCAM This number is the same as mine for the first seven numbers but then the last three keep changing. I have been called numerous times by these people, always changing the last three digits. Claims they are from some housing association what to know if there is damage to your property. When I asked where did they get my number from they mumble some national something. when I said they don't have my number they said all they need to know if my house is damaged. I said they don't even know if my property privately owned. Then they hanged up.

I didn t pick up but I knew exactly what they were calling for, this was the third time they called me in as many days. Every couple of months EE will try to get me to switch from the £10 Everything sim to something more expensive. I tell them every time that I m not interested in changing at all but they keep calling. Most annoying thing ever- they don t take no for an answer and when I say I m not interested they pretend they didn t hear and keep trying.
The registered message said there were from HMRC Revenue and Customs but when I press 1 to speak the operator the line dropped.

Got to confirm you ve got a mobile for the call (£5 a month a discount.) You kept her on the line? you realize you re allowed to hang up. she s not. Scam? Received a call from this number and when I answered it, I heard the person slam the phone down. I figured they had hung up thinking it was going to vmail so decided to call it back. A man answered and when I told him someone had just called me, he asked if I was a business. I asked him to tell me who they were first and he said, "Tut oh.." Then hung up!
