SCAMMERS: it is a pre recording message saying you need to pay your subscription to amazon prime £79.99 and to press some phone keys to re activate your prime account. Amazon prime doesn’t make calls regarding subscriptions, yo do this only directly in your account. Be careful

First half the call I thought I was talking to a real person, said they were from some housing repair scheme and said I'd submitted a damage claim. An automated call saying that two unusual transactions had been made on my card , one of £300 to Amazon and another of £400 on a money transfer. Then proceeded to give ‘ press 1’, ‘press 2 ‘ instructions. I just blocked the number. This is a SCAM! AVOID engaging with them!
