Called twice. Hung up. Called back. Number not recognised.

Heard sounds of a call centre when I picked up phone. Someone started to speak but the line then went dead. It was a typical call from scammers multi calling.

The "Do Not Call List" is only effective against legal firms that have a legal footprint where they can be prosecuted. Answered and an african decent accent asked me to hold and then hung up... confused i rang them back but it wouldnt connect it said the number was unrecognisable...

100 % scam. They want your bank details. They are full of dishonest misrepresentations. Hang up immediately

These guys will claim that they are trying to close your file if you have had a car accident but all they are doing is phishing for more personal details. Told them I was speaking to my solicitors about them which hopefully will prevent further calls. They do not really help their cause for if you ring the number back an automated message says that it was a marketing call and you will be contacted again later. Idiots.

if like me you you replied to one of their surveys about how the service was and you scored them 1 out of 10 only because in Bangladesh high street they managed to pick the phone up so go one thing right so when they do call back they are going to have to tell me why i should stay a loyal customer or maybe speak to another telephone/broadband supplier.
