Definitely a criminal enterprise. Rang me telling me I should claim the money set aside for me after a crash that they somehow knew I had been in. Very cleverly the got personal details from me including my address, date of birth and national insurance number. They pretend to put you through to a solicitor whilst keeping you on hold for a while... Very well thought out criminal enterprise.. After a couple of days they confirm that you can have the money.. Had an automated cll from this number stating it was Lloyds bank fraud prevention and I should either press ‘1’ or call them back. The voice also read out my full name correctly. I thought this was unusual but I hah had difficulty in using my Lloyds card around 30 minutes earlier in Sainsburys. This number does not appear to be the correct Lloyds fraud number at all. Be wary

Called me claiming to be from Sky, informing me that malicious individuals are trying to hack my router. I played dumb and allowed them to get to the part where they wanted me to install TeamViewer to gain access to my computer. I gave them an earful about preying on vulnerable people, but it will have had zero effect; I just hope I cost them more money in call charges than they were expecting.
