Lost count of the number of times these thicko s have rung me, have they not got the sense to realise I AM NOT INTERESTED!!!!!

This number called my elderly mums number, I answered, they said it was something to do with Windows then mentioned computer, I told them not to ring this number again that there was no computer at the property and to remove our number from their database, I was rudely informed that if they were to do that we would be charged, and they could ring as many times as they wished.
