Fraud / Scam............... States they're from BT with alarming call that your router is faulty and that your internet line is public. Then starts to asks questions about the lights on router, who uses internet, even knew home address, at that point I hung up. I contacted BT - they do not have any such number listed in their network, also they confirmed no calls were made to line from themselves.

This looks to be a scam. I telephoned this number after missing a call and receiving a voicemail message from someone calling himself "John" asking me to call another number. Got called by this number around 4:30PM on 21 March 2023. Guy with an Indian accent spoke, but hung-up after about 5 seconds. Tried phoning back, and it says "Welcome to Farn Mart", but none of the options connect you to anyone, it just hangs-up after you choose one.
