Got a call from this number this morning. Allegedly from my Bank. It’s a scam do not respond.
SCAM Caller claimed that I had won £50,000 in the Lyca mobile lottery.
SCAM SCAM the std code 0122 is for Hapur, Uttar Pradesh a reverse look-up of full number returns a position in Cambridge ( boarded-up shop) leave to make own assumption good luck!
I think it is SPAM. I haven't picked it up. And I blocked the caller.
My mother has been contacted many times on this and other phone numbers. The message, from the caller is always the same, she tells my mother, first in English and then in Chinese that she has a package waiting for her, to collect from the Chinese embassy. This is clearly a scam call.

Asian woman calling claiming to be from BT Openreach, clearly calling from a call centre but this is a mobile number! When I queried if this call was genuine the woman kept saying I sould "improve my pronounciation", Told her I was unconvinced the call was genuine and hung up.

SPAM The usual 'this is not a sales call' shite about some fictional government scheme to fit the double glazing/UPVC windows they want to sell me. Live in a listed house. Neither is allowed. Worse it wasn't even a chuffing human.
Didn't recognise the number so didn't answer. Rang back on works landline and received an automated message saying I had been contacted by a double glazing company, I think they were called "Crown?". Anyway blocked so hopefully will never hear from them again.
As resident in Denmark I am keen to know who is calling me. As I will not answer foreign phone numbers without knowing who is calling.

I never answer the landline (to avoid giving scammers/spammers the knowledge that my landline is a valid number). I researched the number but could not find a legitimate index entry, so I conclude it is a scam and not to be trusted at all. Potentially dangerous. Missed call I suspect attempted scam. I’m getting a rush of varied timeshare scam call from varied mobile numbers, this looks like the latest attempt. I usually just clear and block when sure it’s not a genuine call but recently I spoke to one and was terse so might have got myself flagged for more aggressive attention, or maybe I’m just paranoid.
