SCAM Automated message which said they were from the bank, without saying which bank. We had supposedly made a payment to Amazon and a bank transfer. This is the second call. First call was from 004919126946 with exactly the Automated message.

This number is used to scam people out if money on Whats App. It will pretend to be a family member and ask you to talk on What’s App only and then ask to lend money for Christmas presents because they have been locked out of their banking app. Always ask for information that will verify that you are actually talking to your family member or they will play a clever game and scam you out if your cash. They tried to get £940 off me!! This has been reported to What’s App.

Called from Citizens advice group. I questioned the male caller with a south Asian accent in some detail. He was very helpful. They were calling about debts and he asked what debts we had. I asked him where they got our number and he replied FCA ????????????. I then asked him for the person or department name as I have previously worked with FCA in the past, he didn’t give it to me. He was very polite and said he couldn’t continue. He also said they weren’t authorised in the UK!

Spammed me with calls over a few days that I kept missing. When I picked up, they claimed to be from Steadman-Chase in London. I didn't really believe them and they tried to convince me to invest, along with trying to throw terms at me to sound smart. When they finally accepted that I wasn't interested, they abruptly hung up. Block this number!

This is a suspected nuisance call. On picking up there was a recorded message asking for verification details. I immediately put the phone down. I have had a couple of calls from another Bridgend number in the last few weeks. 01656 723940 seems to belongs to a Mr Steven Walters of Dennis Place, Bryncethin, Bridgend. If so he needs to know it is illegal to call anyone who is TPS registered.

Pushy Indian woman claiming to be from 3 mobile trying to sell me a contract with an iPhone or a galaxy s22. Lost count of the times I told her I'm not interested in any contract as I already have a contract and a galaxy s23, she hung up at this point before I had the chance to tell her to do one.

This phone number is from a fraud caller claiming to be FRANK GALLO SOLICITORS. They continued to explain how I have debt that is from companies who miss-sold credit. It was very convincing, and I didn't have any immediate concerns. They had details of a previous debt I owed and then reeled off some "bogus" loads I have never had. 01223931099 rang with a very loud background noise proporting to be a call centre. The caller, with a strong foreign accent, alleged he was from sky refund centre; however, when I said ok in a less than enthusiastic manner, the caller hung up. This is most unlike any sky call centre I have experienced. I suspect it to be a scam.
