The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. Dont know who called as I do not recognise the mobile number and didnt answer it possibly an Amazon or HMRC scam as ive had both of those recently from mobile numbers and as no message was left.

Fake HMRC phonecall - recorded message

Was pause before anyone spoke.Then they said-"Hi are you ok".The delay said probable call centre to me.I replied" what do you want?" They said-"You ok?" I said "no because you woke me up,what do you want?" They HUNG UP! So obvious charlatan rouge merchants.

Called me to try get my business on top pages of google for certain searches... 17 mins later he got off the phone after politly saying no thanks for a number of times! Talks a lot, and if you call back, call on a witheld number as they can see your number when you call then back to see who it was/ how you can help etc!!
