I have a broken ankle and this number has called me three times today and twice yesterday . How do I stop them phoning on my house phone number

I said "Mumble that again in English." he said, "pardon, So I said very slowly and deliberately as if talking to a two year old "Mumble that again in English." He then put the phone down.
