This number left me a voicemail saying they were calling from Inland Revenue and to ring them back. If I did not ring back I should expect legal action. Definitely a scam

This number called with message about "every house needs to be done by 2016" plus "we are in your area" last week - some solar panel scam. Didn t answer - the message is recorded on my answerphone. Same message from 01316483485 yesterday - same result. This lot have probably rented fake numbers from a major phone company which offers them on its web site. Some firms offer call centres numbers which give the person called the idea that it is a local call.

I get calls from these numbers regularly, but screen them via my answerphone. However, I was in for a bit of fun this morning and answered the call ;) Of course, being a person...

Probably same company as the number ending 3785. I stay silent when these calls come through, see if anyone speaks then immediately hang up & block. The number of spam calls...

This is an aggressive scammer. Do not do as he says by any means, report him if you can. I don t know who to but he is a criminal.

I am repeatedly called by this number but there is never a message left or any explanation. In my experience I have been repeatedly targeted to claim for motor accident compensation - and very aggressively.

Hang up when I answered.

Red Star deals with PPI claims. It is linked to the parent company "The birkdale partnership t: 08435600130" they are also related to sister company "Real time claims t: 01625683005" which is also linked to (parent?) company "Anwin Miller and Bond". Trying to get card details - said from Telephone Preference Service - a SCAM as this is a free service - AVOID!

Indian/Pakistani sounding clearly calling from a call centre not in the U.K. as he had me on speaker phone and could hear him speaking with someone else as I answered the call. He asked for someone I don’t know. I told him I didn’t know the person and he got rude and aggressive with me before hanging up. I’ve blocked the number.

No message left and called for a few seconds. Blocked the call based on feedback above.

They tried to scam me. They claim to be a legitimate business. But they will not disclose any genuine information about themselves. Yet they expect you to give them your personal details. I have since found our that they are fraudsters! DO NOT DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS!
